A micro-farm is a small farm, usually on one hectare (2.5 acres of land), that supplies all food the family needs plus some income.

We have several examples of micro-farms arund the world that are remarkable achievements. Nearly all teach us how to live with nature, have nature provide, and show ways of living on the earth while not causing harm to the environment.

We start with Casa Blanca near Lima Peru. It is a unique organic farm that produces large amounts of food and produce for sale, by using animal manures to generate energy and organic nutrient.
